Privacy notice

When you book a lesson, we store your name, email address, selected time, English level, learning notes and browser timezone. We also retain whether a free trial has already been booked so that we can apply the one-trial-per-person offer. We use this information to reserve your lesson, display the correct local time, create your Google Calendar invitation and Meet link, and send your confirmation email.

When you join The Sunday Brew, we store your name, email address, consent time and subscription status so that we can send the newsletter.

Booking information is shared with Google Calendar and Resend only as needed to provide these services. For paid lessons, Stripe processes the information needed to complete and protect the transaction. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by this website. Newsletter details are shared with our mailing-list service only as needed to manage your subscription. We do not sell personal data. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing speakenglishwithgrace.bookings@gmail.com. Some minimal records may need to be retained to administer the free-trial offer, payment records or meet legal obligations.
